Who Am I?

Hi, I'm Deni Dermanto. I am an International Coffee Consultant.

To me, coffee is not just a profession. It is a romantic tribute which represents all the beautiful things in life that I am passionate about. I have established more than 20 coffee bars in Indonesia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, since I first joined the coffee industry in 2010.

Bringing joy in every sip of coffee is both science and art. Bringing joy in every sip consistently, however, is the real recipe to success. Engaging with a coffee consultant can be a crucial decision to ensure the business can kick off on a good start. An objective expertise is also a great way for many coffee shop owners to discuss goals and strategize methods for improvement – which can be a major turning point especially when the business is already operational.

To help such establishment run successfully, I provide comprehensive and targeted expertise and assistance required to design, establish, operate and maintain a coffee shop. Depending on the needs of the client, my involvement can start at any stage from inception, launch, to day-to-day operations. Through direct collaboration, I guide international clients with early conceptualization, personnel training, research & product development, establishing standard operation system, creating beverage menu, as well as operations up until the shop can run on auto-pilot.
